Working With Me
 

My commitment as a coach is to bring my decades of experience and expertise in the two areas that I have focused on the most, to YOU. In these areas, I help my clients to transition from where they are to where they want to be.

 

As a wellness coach, I enjoy helping others to meet their health goals. I do this with a six, nine and twelve month REBOOT program which addresses the key components to achieving and maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

 

As an empowerment coach, I help you to find the confidence to accomplish a goal that you having been dreaming about, whether it be making a career change or running a marathon. I offer 3, 6, 9 and 12 month programs.

My role as a coach is important to me. Every client receives quality time, understanding, compassion, and resources. In me you gain a confidant and advocate.

About My Six Month Reboot

If you truly want to improve your wellness, it takes knowledge, dedication and lifestyle changes. That's where my SIX MONTH REBOOT plan comes into play.  Join me for six months, twice a month so that we can work together to understand the what, when, how and why you eat and exercise the way that you do.  Together we will discuss six important aspects of improving your wellness goals during our one-on-one sessions via Zoom. We will dive into:

1. Conscious or Mindful Eating

2. Food Diary Results

3. Properly Stocking your Pantry and Refrigerator

4. Exercise Plan

5. Mindset Motivation

6. Putting It All Together for YOUR Body!

A Recipe from Jodi:
Berry Breakfast Bowl

 

  • 1 cup of frozen berries (acai, strawberry, blueberry)

  • 1/2 cup of juice with no added sugar

  • 1 tsp. of flax seed

  • 1 tsp. of collagen

  • 1 cup frozen banana slices (about two small bananas)

  • 1 tbs. of protein of your choice

  • 1/2 cup of non-dairy or dairy "milk" of choice 

Toppings: Feel free to add more or take away those that you don't like.

  • 1 tablespoon honey (if you don't add this on top, I recommend adding it to the mixture beforehand)

  • Handful of nuts, craisins, raisins, oats or store-bought granola mixture

  • Fresh fruit such as fresh strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, and banana (fruit sliced thinly)

  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds

  • 1-2 tablespoons coconut

Blend all ingredients until smooth and creamy. Get excited for this treat! Pour into your favorite inspiring bowl.  Add toppings and enjoy! Share some with a friend.
